Join Chef Ted and witness the crafting of our signature entrees such as Paella, Steak Florentine, or Wild Salmon.  Chef Ted uses fresh ingredients such as Proscuitto, Tartufo Cheese, Parmesan Reggiano, and Saffron.  Meanwhile, allow brothers Alidor and Kevin Lefere to whip up a signature cocktail or a fresh Bellini.
